Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://inhomeliceremovalraleigh.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Nitpick Concierge markets and arranges In-Home Lice Removal, Family Lice Treatment, Child Lice Treatment, Lice Assessment, Nit Removal, Follow-Up Lice Check. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://inhomeliceremovalraleigh.com is the property of Nitpick Concierge or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

No Warranties. Nitpick Concierge disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Cap on Damages. Liability of Nitpick Concierge arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold Nitpick Concierge harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Choice of Law. NC law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NC, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
